Vendor Access

CHI regulates and governs the activities of vendor representatives who visit our facilities to:

• Minimize any potential disruption to patient care services
• Maintain patient privacy
• Maintain safety
• Promote fair and equitable purchasing practices

When vendors visit CHI facilities, the vendors should behave as if they are representing CHI.  They must follow CHI’s Core Values and Standards of Conduct.

All vendor representatives who visit our sites are required to use an electronic sign-in/sign-out tool, RepTrax, and display proper visitor identification during their visit. We also ensure that vendor representatives who visit our patient care and treatment areas have the proper credentials.
